It feels like I’m a bit of a broken record, but Mia and David had another one of those days where you bounced back and forth between the rain and sun. However, a little rain wasn’t going to effect their wedding day!! Mia and David were planning their wedding from long distance so alot had to be taken care of through emails and phone calls, but everything came together perfectly! Let’s begin with some compliments to their uber-talented florists from Sharon Elizabeth’s. Check out Mia’s bouquet
Mia and her sister improvised since they didn’t have umbrellas – all smiles!!!
I loved this detail of Mia and David’s wedding. Their wedding bands actually belonged to Mia’s great-grandparents.
Mia has one of the most adorable smiles, but she can definitely pull off the serious face as well.
David and the guys aren’t bad either.
And the flowergirls?!? Adorable!
The entire wedding was held at the Aqua Turf Club, ceremony at the chapel.
Right after the ceremony we thought we’d luck out with the weather, but after about 5 minutes the clouds had rolled right back in.
I love this shot of Mia’s sister.
The flowergirls used their sachels for the flower petals as hats to protect their hair – too cute!
And then the rain stopped AGAIN!
The great thing about rain in the summer is that it makes this foggy haze once it’s done, very romantic.
Instead of a guest book, Mia and David put out squares of fabric for the guests to sign. Then it’s going to be sewn into a quilt. I can’t wait to see how it looks when it’s finished.

What wedding at the Aqua Turf wouldn’t be complete without the infamous ventian table complete with ice sculptures of deer heads!
I loved their wedding favors – maple syrup!
