On Monday, after work, my girlfriend Erin called me to tell me her dad brought home a puppy. I practically squeeled; I never had a dog growing up so I take any opportunity to play with any dog I can get close enough to pet. But I realized once I saw this little girl sliding all over their floors on her gigantic paws that I’ve never seen a puppy grow up, so I thought it would be a good idea to begin rigorously documenting her development.
So meet Fey. She’s a Rhodesian Ridgeback and just about the most adorable thing I’ve ever let chew on my hand. And, of course, the blonde one being loved is Erin.
This was Fey’s second day home, so their other dog Lucy (a goldendoodle, about a year and a half old) was just getting used to the new attention thief.
